Obligations of the Client |

1.

The Client has to meet the costs within the period of 3 (three) days after invoice delivery via e-mail; |

2.

The Client will instantly notify Translation Aid about the changes of the contact information; |
|
3.
|
The Client agrees that the translated document will be sent to the Client only after the payment has been received; |

4.
|
Should the Client be unsatisfied with the quality of the services provided by Translation Aid, the Client is required to contact Translation Aid within a period of 7 (seven) days after delivery of translation. After a proper study of the matter Translation Aid will at its own discretion either: a) have the translation in question redone at no cost; b) state that the translation meets the industry standards, in which case the translation will be altered according to the Client's preferences for an additional fee; c) issue a refund for the amount of purchase to the credit card of the Client; |

Obligations of Translation Aid |

Translation Aid a) guarantees confidentiality of both the original text and the translation; b) will deliver material to a professional translator performing the work and another professional translator for proofreading; c) make all possible efforts to ensure the quality of the translations and their timely delivery to the Client. |

Limitation of liability |

Translation Aid will not be liable for: a) late delivery, damage or disclosure of the original text and/or the translation caused by a third party or force majeure; b) any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the services of Translation Aid, or resulting from transactions entered into through the services, or resulting from damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible reasons. |

Termination |

Translation Aid has the right to cancel the Client's order upon the Client's inability to adhere to herein mentioned Terms; |

2.
|
The Client has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund within the period of 5 (five) days after payment; |
|
Force Majeure |
|
|
Translation Aid will not be liable for any of the above mentioned obligations if a failure to fulfil services is caused by any labor dispute, fire, flood, law, governmental or political action or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Translation Aid. |
