  How can I pay for your service? Top    
    We currently accept only payments made via credit cards. This service is provided by Pay Pal, an eBay Company.

We shall send an invoice to you via e-mail after you have agreed about the cost of translation and the deadline with our manager. The invoice will contain the amount in US Dollars to be deducted from your credit card, the reason for payment and a link to Pay Pal's secure web page where you will be able to enter you credit card information.
   
     
  Is it safe to pay for your service from my credit card? Top    
    Yes, it is. This service is provided by Pay Pal, an eBay Company with headquarters located in San Jose, California, USA. It guarantees total secrecy of your credit card information because you disclose your credit card information only to Pay Pal on their secure web site.    
     
  How much time do you need for each translation? Top    
    In each case the translator will evaluate the amount of work and the level of difficulty before our manager can inform you about the proposed time and cost. The time can be negotiated, though the price will be increased in case you want the work to be done faster. Usually we translate 5,000 words within 2 days or less and 5,000 - 10,000 words a day thereafter depending on the level of difficulty.    
     
  Do you guarantee you make qualitative translations? Top    
    Yes, we do. Our staff are highly qualified professional translators. The most part of them have worked in this business for at least 10 years. All the translated texts are proofread by another translator.    
     
  Can I pay after I have received the translated document? Top    
    No. The translated documents will remain the property of Translation Aid until the payment is received.    
    
  Do you have any discounts? Top    
    Yes, the discounts we provide depend on the amount of work and how long a company or a private individual has been collaborating with us. Go to our Pricing Policy page for more information.

    Please, fill out and submit the Quote Form. Our manager will verify that an interpreter proficient in the terminology used in your text is available at the moment and contact you shortly with the information about delivery of the source document for a final evaluation of the cost of translation and the deadline we guarantee to complete the work by.    
     
  How can I send my documents to you? Top    
    We accept information from clients via e-mail or fax.    
     
  How do you deliver the translated information to your clients? Top    
    Normally we send the documents to our clients as plain text e-mail, e-mail with attachments or fax. If desired, we can encrypt the e-mailed documents to protect them from unauthorized reading when they are delivered through the Internet.

    We currently support such e-mail attachment file formats:
